Eastern Subterranean termites are the most common termite encountered in Southwest Virginia. If termites are suspected in your home or facility Alliance Pest Professionals will perform an inspection service to identify whether visible termite activity is present within accessible areas. The sole purpose of this inspection will be to determine if treatment is actually required. The goals of the inspection are as follows:
- Locate active termite infestations and/or damage
- Identify conditions conducive to termites
- Create a graph of the structure and surrounding property.
In our business there is no such thing as too much information. We support our findings with photographs of termite damage, and structural or moisture-related problems. We will include these with our records for future reference and share these with you when we communicate our treatment plan of which includes protecting the property with systematic use of liquid termiticides, termite monitors, and/or termite baits.
New Construction
Alliance Pest Professionals offers new construction pre-treat services as well as Bora-Care treatments that are designed to treat the termites food source (wood and other cellulosic materials) and to create a barrier on non-cellulosic materials and entry points. This is applied at the dried -in phase of construction.
